Welcome To BYCLump on my chickens neck wasn’t eating for 2 days started eating very little concerned what is wrong with her
I’m not sure if it is her crop at first it seemed like side of the neck but now it does look like the crop. She has started eating again and drinking but still not back to normal here is a better video.Welcome To BYC
Is the lump you are feeling her crop?
If the crop is not emptying overnight, then I'd begin to address that symptom according to the article below.

It’s on the left side of her upper neck it feels like semi solid I don’t notice that she has been twisting her neck just laying a lotIs the left side of her upper neck swollen? What does it feel like—air under skin, solid, or fluid? The crop is on her right side of her upper chest, so please tell us if it is on her left or right, or in the center. Has she been adjusting her crop or twisting her neck around?
When I look under her feathers it doesn’t seem irritated but depends on time a day it looks smaller and gets biggerIt’s on the left side of her upper neck it feels like semi solid I don’t notice that she has been twisting her neck just laying a lot

Her left or your left? When I look under her feathers it doesn’t seem irritated but depends on time a day it looks smaller and gets bigger
It is hard like a rock and here is a better picture we tried apple cider vinegar and it didn’t helpHer left or your left?
You mention it depends on the time of the day it's smaller then gets bigger.
Is it getting bigger after she eats/drinks?
The crop is positioned on the right side of the breast. It acts like a holding pouch or tank for food/water. It will become smaller as food/water is processed through the system, but it will also become larger (fills up) when the hen eats or drinks.
Feel of the lump at dusk when she goes to roost. Go back out early in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink, re-check the lump. Tell us is it the same size as the night before, smaller, bigger, etc.?
It's still hard to tell if the lump is in the neck or if it's her crop.

It is hard like a rock and here is a better picture we tried apple cider vinegar and it didn’t help her she moved as we try touching it
If the crop not emptying overnight and is hard, then I'd treat as impacted crop. Start with giving coconut oil as described in the article below. It is hard like a rock and here is a better picture we tried apple cider vinegar and it didn’t help
