Sick chicken

For the past week my chicken has had runny stool and today it is yellow and is stuck to her back side.
She does not come off the roost for very long. She will kind of eat and drink. I do not know what to do or what is wrong with her. I think she is black star breed. She is 2 years old. I have 30 other hens and none of the others are sick.

I hope this helps you. We have one hen in particular that gets very runny stools when its really hot out. She hasn't been laying very regularly, but has acted normal and active. I hope you are able to figure out the problem!
