Sick Chickens HELP!!

One of my Rock Barred hens is standning on one foot and put head under wing while out in yard. Now others are pecking at her beak. What is wrong an any suggestions????
 
Separate her so she isn't picked on. Then you will have to observe her to see. It could be anything. What other symptoms does she have?
