Sick Chickens

Hello I am a new chicken owner. I have 6 chickens. 2 New Hampshire, 2 Red Star, 1 white Delaware, and one Easter Egger. I have had them about 1 week. All was great, but now 4 have come down with upper respiratory symptoms. The person I bought them from (she has MANY chickens) told me to use injectable Tylan. I bought Tylan 50. I need to know how much to give, and what needle size. I am planning on giving IM injections. Any help would be awesome! I don't want to lose my new chickens!

I'm sure members there will be able to help you. If it were horses I could offer you some advice on injecting but I've never had to do my chickens. I do know that @casportpony is great with things like this so you might like to shoot her a message.
