Sick chickens

I have some chickens that their eyes are matted shut and are making loud noises. The chickens hadn't laid any eggs in a cxouple days. I have looked on the internet and found something that sounds like what they have. I believe it is infectious Coryza? I am giving them teramicion ( Spelled wrong) And some medicine for their eys so they don't matt up. Have lost 3 chickens in 2 days. I am taking the ones that look like they have it and put them in different pens. Anyone else have any ideas??? Need help ASAP PLease

Call your state vet and ask them to take one of your sickest (or one who recently passed away) for necropsy. That is the only sure way to know what you're dealing with. They will be able to test the virus/bacteria for resistance and recommend medication as well.
