Sick cocktail

Help, my cockatiel is sick, I’ve been meadicating it’s water for about 6 days he’s been separated from his friend for this period and he still looks terrible, he is wild and nasty to hold makes me bleed if I pick him up so I don’t know what to do!

My vet doesn’t specialise in birds and the nearest one that does is an hr away

sounds like a respiratory infection his eye looks swollen needs a vet

He was warm, I was using meadication for respiratory for avarian birds for about a week, he’s my 3rd bird to die bleeding black stuff from his eyes and mouth all down his bib this month, lost 2 pekin ducks to the same desease, starting to think it’s more then a respiratory infection, it started when the rain started but we have also been experiencing rotten smells coming from the flooded farm down behind us especially when it rains, I haven’t lost all my birds yet either their just been lucky or they are immune, I’m devistated!
