Sick Duck PLEASE HELP!!!

I have a rouen drake and he is not in the best condition!

I have noticed he can not walk this back feathers on his butt are all ruffled out... his eyes are really droopy and he is not "full" like the others...He will hardly eat.. can some one tell me what I need to be doing.. I have never had a duck do this.....

Is there some meds I can give him or something? Penasilian or something.. please help..I can not spell sorry!!

Have you noticed a change in his poop?

It could be lead posioning perhaps?

Are there any injuries?

Have you wormed him?

Can you see any evidence of extrennal parasites?
