Sick Duck?!?!

So I hatched 13 baby ducks this past spring. They are all grown now, and when I went down this morning to feed the one was laying on its back. I flopped it over and it seems like it can't stay upright. it just falls onto its back again? Anyone know what this is and how to treat it?

What type of feed are they eating? Are they getting any supplements?
