SICK DUCK

Hello, I have a male call duck and he seems very sick he was fine yesterday but this morning he won't walk or eat.
he drank a little bit of water but then it came back up and he keeps flopping his head around and flailing I'm really not sure what to do I can't afford to take him to the vet any advice or should I just make him comfortable until it's over

So sorry to hear about your little Call. How old is he? does he free range [wondering if he may have gotten into something toxic] How does his chest look is his crop look and feel full? thinking possibly of crop impaction. Any pictures you want to share would be good too.

Hello! I'm so sorry I didn't get back in touch, he did unfortunately pass away along with his hen who stays with him always, we think they got into something in a shed my husband accidentally left open. I feel awful about it but I can't think what else could have happened. We did our best to make them comfortable till the end though
