One of my ducklings is plucking a spot on their back, continuously balding itself. It has had a huddle for a while and something wrong with its leg but I haven't been able to find help near me yet. I am still looking and I also cannot afford a expensive vet bill, so it's very difficult for me

I am trying to rehome them, however, I am wondering if the plucking is because it is stressed over its leg (which has been happening after about 2 weeks of hatch) and it is now 40 days of hatch. Or if it may be plucking because of its partnered duckling??? I believe they are opposite genders which is why I also ask this. Plucking started a week ago

Any way you can make a video or post pictures of your ducklings legs and what it's doing to it's back? explain what your feeding and any supplements your giving and brooder set up and how many ducklings you have please. Can your duckling walk? What breed and it's 40 days old now? to post a video you'll have to put it on youtube or Vimeo then copy and paste it here.

Yes, I'll reply with some photos when I get home. The ducklings leg is swollen at a part and it doesn't stand on it properly, it can walk but it basically walks like a person on crutches/boot would. It is a cayuga duckling, I feed the duck Purina starter pellets with supplement of brewers yeast on their food, I started adding more because it seemed they weren't getting enough.

I am fairly new, I was hoping to start small and then big. I only have 2 ducklings, but there is only one that is very hurt. The other is doing fine.
