Hope someone can help! I have three hens I introduced to my other two a few days ago . Everything has gone as expected with them establishing the pecking order . No serious injuries - thank goodness ! All were fine last night and when I checked them and this morning my EE was super lethargic , can barely open her eyes , she can't stand , and almost seams like she has little tremors . No respatory symptoms. I've been giving her baby food and water through a syringe . I have no idea what else to do she just lays there. I've checked her for wounds or injury I can't find anything. Hope someone has an idea of what could be wrong . I will be surprised if she makes it through the night . She's in my kitchen under a light.
She may have had a stroke. I had a hen with similar issues earlier this year. I isolated her and made sure she was warm. I finally got her to drink by using a syringe. You should do the same. I would also post here for more info
