Sick FBCM hen? New pics

I have a 15 week old Black Copper Marans hen that is a bit off. I have seen her eat and drink, but she mostly just stands around kind of hunched over. She has not given any eggs yet. Has anyone ever seen this behavior?

I have since isolated and have given electrolytes. Anyone have any thoughts?

is her butt poopy? Did you check for mites? what are they eating? is their water clean?
