Sick goose

Hi there, I have 2 American buff geese. One of them has started to sneeze/cough and making a goofy honking noise. Any idea what this may be?

If it has a nasal infection there should be some discharge, check for that. It may also have a nasal blockage, check for that. It may also have something stuck in her throat either from eating something to large or eating a lot of dry food to fast without drinking to check for that.

Nasal infection = medication

Nasal blockage = clear gently with warm water and a Q-tip and/or toothpick *very carefully*

Throat blockage = give it a small dose of vegetable oil and massage the blockage down
