I've never had a Guinea sick with upper respiratory issues... so I can't really offer you any hands on advice on how to treat it. Some people will recommend treating it (or your whole flock) with antibiotics but personally since I breed, hatch and sell any bird that is sick in my flocks would need to be culled. (The last thing I need is 150 sick birds, ugh). Upper respiratory illness isn't anything to mess around with, depending on what it is it can wipe out an entire flock and infect the property/pens/coops etc for quite some time, so any new birds brought in will end up getting sick. If a few birds survive an upper respiratory outbreak they can be carriers and infect new birds too. Sorry if I come across as harsh, but a bird with a cold typically isn't just a bird with a cold...

It would be a good idea to keep the sick bird isolated away from your flock, on dust free bedding with a little bit of a heat source... I'd add some vitamins and un-pasteurized apple cider vinegar with Mother to it's water to help boost it's immune system and see how it does. If it's not showing improvement in a couple days and you don't want to cull it, then ideally you'd need to get the illness diagnosed by a vet so you know what you are dealing with and how to treat it correctly.
