Yes, putting the crate in the coop is a good idea for re-integration, maybe even keep her in it over night in there so she can get acclimated to the cold again, but still be sheltered in her crate. Is there any way you can secure the lamp in the coop for a few nights in case she needs it?
I have had Guineas lose a toenail and act pitiful for a few days after, depending on how they lost it and how traumatic it was, so who knows maybe she's just pouting over a broken nail, lol.
