Sick hen has worms! Please help! 🙏

I have two sick hens. They are just over 18 weeks old. The one that is doing the worst collapsed and has seemed paralyzed the last few days. I just put her in the tub to give her an Epson salt bath and tons of worms came off her rear end. What do I do? I’ve never seen these kinds of worms. They don’t look like tape worms. I’m going to include a photo. Does anyone know what kind of worm this is and what I can do about it? There aren’t poultry vets around here. Is there anything that I can give her over the counter to treat her for worms?

Off her rear end or out of her rear end?

If they are on her skin I would look for a wound although they seem too dark to be maggots.

Any farm store where you get feed should have de-wormer if they are internal. Ask their advice for chicks or read the label for dosage by weight.

It wouldn't hurt to give her an electrolyte solution. I would try just dipping the very tip of her beak into the solution to see if she will drink it on her own instead of trying to dropper it into her.

They are maggots. Your hen has Fly Strike. You need to inspect the other 18 week old as well for fly strike.

Take a few clear pictures of their cleaned butts and lower abdomen to help us assess the damage.

They might be too far gone already if this has gone on unnoticed for some time and the damage is too severe and the maggots have already accessed their body cavity/inner organs.
