Sick hen?????? Opinions, help!

2 year old Dixie rainbow hen acquired yesterday. Has unusual upright stance but is also incredibly obese. Was kept in a pen, just now allowed to free range. is she just fat or does she have an issue? Posting a link to a video below- couldn't post it directly here. Thanks!!
