You did an excellent job nursing her back, she sounds like a great hen!
So glad for you and her. I have my silkie in the garage now and she doesn't seem too upset to be by herself.
She likes the heat and constant human attention. They all have their own little personalities.

I think I've read where it's not good to let them eat TOO much. Can't remember the details but discretion is a good thing.
