Sick hen, runny poop

Hi all, one of my hens is off, she is just about still eating and drinking but has her tail more in the air, is lethargic, has a messy vent and her poop looks like the following..

Can anybody advise? Thanks

Has she been laying eggs? How does her crop feel first thing in the morning before eating or drinking? It should be empty normally. Reproductive disorders are very common in hens. How old is she? Is she eating anything? I would offer some watery chicken feed and a little scrambled egg.

She only started laying a week ago and had some struggles with her first egg! I've not checked her crop but will do so tomorrow. She's eating and drinking ok now although she was off yesterday and not interested even in treats. Yesterday she looked very ill and likewise this morning she wasn't great, but she appears to have picked up quite a bit at present.

I've given her vitamins and started the latest worming treatment. Do hens sometimes suffer an illness which then passes after a few days?
