Sick hen

Can someone give me an idea what is going on with this hen, please?
Have you seen this before?

Yesterday she didn't want to move much and wobbled some.
Today she is sitting on her butt with her legs straight out in front of her like a person would.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
