Is the poop as yellow looking in person as the picture? Does it look like she has had an egg break inside? How old is the hen? Is she holding her tail up or down, is she puffed up, lethargic, standing around or lying down?

Has she been laying normal eggs recently? Do you feed layer feed and put out crushed oyster shell for your hens?

That sounds like she may be suffering from a reproductive disorder. When did she last last an egg? Have you seen any thin shelled eggs? I would bring her to a basket or crate, and offer some Poultry NutriDrench or other electrolytes and water. Some sick hens will eat some scrambled egg, wet chicken feed, or tuna, but offer fluids first. Is her crop empty or full, hard, soft, or puffy? To check for a stuck egg, you can insert a finger into her vent 1-2 inches. It should normall feel soft.

I would feel of her crop now, and again first thing in the morning to see if it is empty or full. By morning or if she aphas not been eating it should be empty normally. Is she heavy or has she lost weight when you pick her up? Usually when they separate themselves or do not get off the roost, they are very sick and feel bad. Trying to figure out what is wrong is the key. Many things are hard to treat or diagnose. Look her over for any lice or mites on her skin, under her vent and on her belly. Crop disorders and reproductive problems are most common. Bright yellow droppings can be egg matter or sometimes infection. I would try to get her drinking. If there was an egg that broke inside, she might feel bad for a day or two.
