Sick Hen

Hi everyone, I have an older hen who doesn't seem to be doing too well. She is sitting around with puffed-up feathers and closed eyes. Whenever she tries to walk she stumbles, and her poop is runny and doesn’t look right (I’ve added a picture of it below). I've isolated her from the flock but can't figure out what’s wrong with her. I’ve added a few pictures below. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I'd work on getting her hydrated, electrolytes or sugar water would be good to give.

Check her crop to see that it's emptying and look her over for lice/mites.
If you haven't dewormed, you can try deworming or get a fecal float to see if it's necessary.

If she should have laid an egg and hasn't then give extra Calcium. You can find Calcium Citrate+D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.
