sick hen

I'm new to the blog, my name is Betsy. I live outside of Baltimore and have a small flock of 14 hens, 7 young pullets and 7 older layers. They go in and out but do not free range because of a large fox population. One of my older girls is not doing well. She has been sick since Friday. I have segregated her and am giving her fresh water and trying to entice her to eat. I've looked in my books to try and figure out what is wrong. My hen vet is at a conference and the only other vet available cannot see her until tomorrow. She is lethargic, comb and wattle are pale, and she has yellowish loose droppings. Her vent looks okay. Any advice is welcome.

Sorry that you have a sick hen. I'm not sure what the problem is. You might want to repost in the Emergencies forum.
