Sick Keet! 8-9 weeks old

5 days ago I noticed one of my keets hunching its head into it's body, with fluffy feathers. I brought it inside, popped it into a crate, set it up with food and water, and started watching for signs of what was wrong. Crop is fine, keet eats and drinks and poops normally. Keet has been inside, living the good life, handfed, with a little poultry drench/electrolytes/vitamins in the water, and 1 or 2 egg yolks a day. A little more energetic, I think- but no major improvement or decline. Thinking of offering antibiotics just to see if that helps, but hoping someone here will have a suggestion.
