Usually by the time I notice a hen is visibly sick they're beyond help and die within a day. But now I've got a layer hen(barred rock) that's been visibly ill for about a week and not rapidly getting worse, so I'm wondering if I can help her.
She just sits in the corner of the coop all day while the other hens are outside, her normally bright red face is very pale, but most distinctly her poops are quite green. She has easy access to food and water both of which I see her consume daily. Fortunately I've not seen any of the other 50 hens harass her at all. She's just hangin in there. Anyone know what these symptoms mean?

What's her age?
Diet?
Crop feel?
Have they ever been wormed?
Coop size?
Is she laying?
Can you feel her belly for swelling?
She's between 1 to 5yrs old(I've added BR's every year since '18 so I'm not sure witch gen she is).
Diet is layer crumble, plus whatever they find around the yard and field.
Never wormed.
Coop is 200sq/ft.
Her body feels normal enough to me but I have no training in feeling hens for health issues. Happy to learn if you've got a link to a tutorial
