Sick Maran

I have a Maran Pullet that limps when trying to get around, It also has green and sneezes. I have checked his throat, crop and feet but nothing seems to be amiss. yesterday i segregated her from the rest of the flock and she picked up a bit but still limps and poo green, can anyone help?
