Sick peachick

12 week old peachick hunched over, labored breathing. Gave 5 in 1 and safeguard. Breathing seemed better but still very hunched up and walking oddly. Help!

Now that we have had time to assess the situation. She is no longer panting, we think she injured herself simehow and was not able to get to her water and was dehydrated, so that part is solved. However...she is still very hunched over
And walking oddly. I think we will take her to the vet if she does not improve by tomorrow. Thanks for the support!

Can you post a picture of her and a picture of her poop?

Here are photos no poop. Do you think she is constipated? I just cant tell of she pooped or her brothers? I have a video of her walking a bit too. No more panting and eating fine. I think she fell or flew into something. Im finally off of work tomorrow so i can really keep my eye on her. Ill take her to a vet if she has not improved.
