Put this duck in a safe place away from the other 2 but where they can still see each other, then give fresh water and fresh feed to this injured one, sounds like the neck may have gotten sprained but also sounds like it may have some nutritional issues too, you can put some "plain" niacin in it's drinking water depending on age if youngster 150-200 mgs per gallon of water if adult 250megs to 1 gallon of water and some poultry vitamins added for extra support. What age are your ducks and are they ducks-drakes or mix of both and what sex is Muscovy? Most likely with supplemental support and rest it will recover as long as nothing is broken. Hopefully not.

I am not sure of the sex's of the pekin ducks i know that the miscovy now we have discovered that he is a boy because he has tried matting with one of the pekins.. the pekins i would say are maybe 4 months old maybe a little older but not much, they have been eating fine and getting along for the most part until this fight where the miscovy had the pekin pined down but now the pekins are a little bigger then the miscovy duck. but the injured pekin i have set it in the pool of water holding its head because its feet and beak have become really hot to the touch just for a very short few mins... but it dosent seem to be slowing down on the twirling and the head jerking movements that it is making.. I am a first time pekin duck owner i have had other miscovy ducks and havent had anything like this happen..I dont know what i should do i have had it in a box with a blanket to keep it from twirling around so much but it breaths so heavy that it gets over heated. Do you have any other suggestions?

How is your Pekin doing this afternoon? any change? Your Pekins may not be ready for mating if only 4 months old. Maybe the Pekin that's injured is a drake too? Sounds like this Pekin has gotten a pretty severe injury if it keeps on doing its neck like you described, if not for seeing the Muscovy hurt your Pekin it almost sound more like star gazing which can be help with vitamin therapy.
