Hey guys, so one of my chickens has been lethargic the last 3 days, separating herself from the rest of the flock. She has been having watery, white diarrhea and today, she stopped eating completely. Any suggestions?

How old is she? Have you added any new birds to the flock? Has she been wormed lately? Diarrhea can be from so many different problems. A vet can test a sample of her droppings for worms, coccidia, and bacteria. Could you post a picture of her stool? Coccidiosis is very common, and Coridis the best treatment for that. Other diseases such as salmonella can cause white diarrhea, or there may just be a lot of urates in her droppings.

No new chickens, they are about a year old, and none of the others are showing any symptoms. They have never been dewormed.

I posted a picture of her droppings, I treated her with wazine for worms this morning and if she doesn't improve, I probably will just fork up the money to take her to the vet...

I would think about getting some Corid (amprollium,) and giving them 5 days of treatment in the water for coccidiosis. The vet may be able to narrow things down more quickly. Wazine will treat round worms, but chickens can get many other worms. Valbazen and SafeGuard liquid goat wormer are very good ones to use.
