My rooster is 4 months old and has a bulge on the left side of his neck. He seems to be eating and drinking ok but now he seems lethargic and he keeps sitting down. I don't see any mites or lice on him. His tail was fine until today and now seems to be drooping down rather than pointing up. Is this Wry neck? I have not seen his poo to know if that is an issue.

Wry neck sometimes can make the neck look contorted. Pics would be great. Feel of his crop as well to check if it is empty, full, hard, or puffy like a balloon. Wry neck is treated with vitamins--thiamine or B1, E, and the mineral selenium, which is found in egg and tuna.

I will post pictures in the morning. His crop seems OK, full tonight but a few days ago when I thought it was impacted crop and was able to get some water in him, he only threw up the water (the things you can learn on You Tube!)

I will get the vitamins tomorrow

Here are pictures of the rooster.

Can you post of photo of him standing up straight/erect - or is his neck always curved like that?
Did he spit up the water himself or did you "vomit" him?
Is the crop emptying overnight - full at night - empty first thing in the morning before eating/drinking?
The bulge - does it feel hard, soft, squishy, fluid or air filled?

I would follow the advice that @Eggcessive gave you at this time, treat for Wry Neck at this time. If he is lethargic, check him over for any parasites and think about having a fecal float to test for worms.

See that he is drinking plenty of water and eating his normal feed.
Keep us posted.
