Sick Serama Chick

I have a Serama chick that is almost 4 weeks old now. I noticed yesterday that he looked like he was trying to swallow and making a clicking sound. Today he has been more lethargic than the other chicks. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do for him!

I can't remember if a clicking sound has to do with a respiratory or a heart problem. Also check to make sure his crop isn't impacted and hard.
