Sick Sexlink

I have a two year old red sexlink hen in a coop with four others. I noticed yesterday that she had blood in her feathers just below her picky hole. I got home before dark today and was able to catch her and take a closer look. It looked like dry blood along the top of her picky hole and a white discharge was present. Any ideas??? Can she be saved???
