The chick died this afternoon.. .. but I think I know what it had so I know what do do if any of my other silkie chicks get it!

I am very,very,very sorry I know what it is like to lose a chick its super super depressing especially when you work so hard to keep it alive. Are you going to replace the poor thing?

So sorry to hear about your chick. I had my favorite little golden laced cochin bantam cockerel who was 4 months old die not to long ago. We think he had Cocci. Again, I'm sorry for your loss. Sometimes no matter what we do to try and help them it's out of our hands.

Thanks and I'm might sometime.. I got 9 silkie eggs going into the incubator tomorrow.. so I might get another blue.. I will have to wait and see this is the first time I have hatched eggs.. so exited!! ... and I'm sorry to hear about your chick.. it is vary hard once you get attached to them!!
