I just got a new silkie today she seemed ok at first but now that I have her in my house in a cage I realize she isn't very active and I pooping a clear water poop

How old is your Silkie? Sometimes they poop water when they get overheated. When they get really hot they drink more water and have more watery bowel movements. Have you noticed any blood in her poop? If she doesn't start feeling better after cooling off and resting she could have coccidiosis. If that's the case you will need to treat her with antibiotics. In the meantime you could give her some electrolytes in her water or a little bit of sugar water to see of she perks up.

After spending the night in my room. Her poop has gone from clear to a milky white color

How old is she? Usually an indication of not enough food. But,can also be an indication of Coccidiosis. Watch her and be aware of other symptoms like runny poop (may or may not contain blood)fluffed up feathers, not eating/drinking,lethargic. If she has these symptoms, purchase Corid(amprol). Dosage for Corid powder is 1/2 tsp per gallon of water,Dosage for Corid liquid is 2 tsp per gallon of water. Treat all chicks for 5 days,do not give vitamins during treatment,(interferes with medication)give vitamins after treatment.

If she is new to your flock it is always advisable to keep the chicken in quarantine for a few weeks to make sure you aren't bringing in disease which could wipe out your flock. Your germs on your property are not the the same germs on her former property, so she can get sick too. If she is not acting right, look for mites, lice eggs, and think about treating for coccidiosis with Corid if you suspect it. Blood in stools comes later, but if they are, she has it. White in stools is the urine.

She is new and she is in quarantine she is eating and drinking now but when this all started her crop was empty and she did not have access to food and water for like three hours because of the ride home from we're i got her to my house but now she is eating but her crop doesn't seem to be filling I was guaranteed she was healthy by a lady who sells eggs to the grocery stores and an inspector was there while I was and verified that this bird shouldn't have any problems because she came from that lady
