Sick Turkey Hen

My Bourbon Red hen is 14.5 months old. She started laying eggs on 04/22 and layed about every other day until 06/09. She has not layed since that day. She has acted normal until this week when she started acting just like she didn't feel so good, but she is still eating REALLY good and her poop appears normal. I checked her for mites and didn't see any. It's been REALLY hot and humid here in the piedmont area of NC, but she has an industrial fan on all day.
She's up and about most of the day, but sometimes she lays in front of the fan and sleeps.
She looks a little sad and I worry about her.
I gave her 2 ml of Nutri-Drench on Tuesday and again on Wednesday.
Any suggestions?
