Sick Turkey

Help! This the first time I've had turkeys. My turkeys and chickens are free range. I noticed today that one of the turkeys has a swollen on top and it's wattles are swollen. What could be wrong? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so very much. It did help. My turkeys head has returned to a normal size. She'seating well and gaining weight. Thanks Again
