sick wheaton maran cockrel

i got a maran cockrel from a friend. he is about 4 weeks old. I have had him for a week now, and he is now not doing so hot. He was fine until yesterday and this morning. He is sitting around breathing heavily with beak open, and seems to gasp for air. I have 21 chicks and he is the only one that has ever acted this way. And i dont know what the problem is.

This is some kind of worm that stays in the throat making the chicken gasp for air, I'll see if I can find more about it. I'd get him away from everyone else asap just to be safe

edit: it's called gapeworm. My chickens have never been sick so I really have no advice other than keep the healthy flock away from him
