Sick Wyandotte 10 months old

Hello my hen is still ill to start off
she is 10 months old
she has lost alot of weight
her comb is very pale
she is not laying
she stands around with her head kinda tucked in
she is not near as active
this has been going on for a few weeks now
i have been giving her vitamins
i tried the acv in the water
i wormed her a couple weeks ago
she is not egg bound
her crop dosent seem inpacted or sour
any help would be great????

What did you use as a wormer? Not all wormers kill all the different kinds of worms...

i used Valzaben

I checked for lice and mite didnt see any at all

This is drastic, but as a last resort (when you just can't figure it out) what I do is go ahead and give a 3-4 day round of penicillin injections into the breast. It's worked for me twice now - the only two times I've had to resort to it. My hens then look kinda ugly (comb gets wierd..) and they quit laying for a couple of months, but after that they look beautiful and resume laying. I didn't ever know what was wrong, but it cured it. She may still die, but if you have run out of options, it may be your only chance...unless you're willing to spend a fortune in vet bills - which some do choose to do!

I'm so sorry I just lost my 10 month. I strongly suggest vet you will at very least learn so much. I only wish I had gone sooner. If this is a pet u love go to vet. By the time I tried all my researched home remedies it was too late. What is the poo like?
