Sick?

I have a chicken that is very lethargic. She does seem to eat a little an drink but she just lays around. Her comb and wattles are very pink and almost white looking. She is black and around her eyes her feathers are kind of yellow.
She doesn't lay except for a couple of times she lays a shell less egg. just encased in a membrane which she usually lays while on the roost at night and of course they break open when the hit the ground. Any one have any ideas what might be wrong with her? I haven't been able to find a vet in town here that will see chickens. I am worried about her and don't want to lose her.

How old are they? What is their diet? Have you wormed them or checked for lice/mites? Is her abdomen or belly swollen or enlarged? Does she feel lighter than the others, or does ker breast bone feel sharp on the front of the breast compared to the others?

She is about 2 years old nione of the other(7 Total chickens look or act like her. Her abdomen or belly doesn't seem to be enlarged.

I would check for lice/mites and worm with Valbazen.
