Sickly Roo he died

I have a roo that is looking very lathargic and he dosent move unless i move him but he is standing what should i do??? Hes less then a year and hes a Buff Orp hes keeping his eyes closed. Its been cold and rainy and yesterday he got soaked.

I don't have an answer, I just wanted to bump the board for you. Very weird that your roo is all of a sudden lethargic.....
