one of my(not fully grown)ducks seems to be sick.
it lags behind the others and seems to be real tired and so keeps lying down.
it sort of seems to be disinterested about everything.

A good duck vet is best. In any case, I would check its stool - does it look normal? Is it eating, drinking?

I would put vitamins with electrolytes and probiotics in their water once a week, and make a little bit for the ailing duckling so he or she gets some twice a week for two weeks.

There may be an infection - that can happen. Or, a string or foreign object could have been swallowed.
