silki roo needs new home in southern california

I live about 20 miles outside of Los Angeles and have a silki rooster that needs a new home. our town doesn't allow roosters. If i cant find him a home by Friday I'm going to have to take him to the feed store and not a fan of the conditions he will have to live in before someone buys him. please help.
