Silkie acting sick!!

My silkie has been acting sick for the past week, i brought her in and have been trying to nurse her, but she isn't looking any better.
She hardly eats anything, drinks very little & just stands in the same spot. I was checking on her earlier and she went to jump back into her box, and just fell over and laid there!! I had to pick her up and put her on her bed. Any ideas? None of my other chickens seem sick, and i keep my silkies in thier own pen.
