Silkie babies - ages?

Mom got me some baby bantam silkies, but we don't know how old they are.

Anyone have an idea?
Also, how long should we have them eating chick food instead of adult food? I heard that silkies grow slower than other breeds?

I have one that looks around the same age and she is 5 months.

I think I've had a couple people estimate 4 - 5 weeks. I forgot to mention that, oops ^-^;
