Silkie being pecked!

My poor silkie rooster keeps getting pecked!! Is there anything I can do to stop it, and is there anything I can do to help his feathers to grow back faster!?!!? I feel sad for him :/

He needs to be removed from the birds that are pecking him. Or if it's a single bird that's pecking remove that bird. Is he in with standard chickens? Sometimes silkies don't do well with regular chickens and need to have their own coop.

He stays wherever he wants to. He doesn't stay in a coop for some reason...he does not like them. I gave him a bath and put some bag balm on the bald spots, and stuck him in a dog kennel.
