Silkie Breeding

[Chocolate Silkie Queen]

I just got a bunch of silkie girls for my black Silkie (thinking he might be a possible blue split not sure but he does have a silver neck) and my Chocolate Mottled Satin Silkie roosters. I’m not sure who to pair with who. I know they aren’t standard silkies however this is just fun to see what they’ll hatch!

I’m just not sure who to pair with who. Might do Lilac with PJ to see if he is a blue carrier. The lady said she’s a Lilac but I feel like she’s too dark of a blue but who knows!

Two of them are 2 months old so it will be awhile for them to be ready. Yes they’re being quarantined with electrolyte mix for a boost in their immune systems to help them during this stressful time

I’m unsure of the ages on the others maybe a year if that but they are laying

A few of them looked a little rooish, so I'm glad they're older ladies.

They do have some big combs I’m hoping to eventually breed that out of them my lavender/blue has a small comb which I love and is more to breed I believe anyway but I’m also really loving the blue on one of the hens face.
