silkie but not silkie?

Hi there I got this chick the other day and it's super soft white and has been growing a Mohawk lately I think it may be a silkie but the skin is white instead of having dark silkie skin this chick also has the extra toe

if anyone knows what this is please let me know

I got him from tractor supply in the bantam bin

Why are all the tsc stores better than ours lol... Always the same 3 bins of birds and then the bantam bin and it's not white sultans it's mystery silkies which I did get lol and sometimes there something else in there but you have to order 25 of something to get anything 'fancy' great find, everyone sells out of these guys so fast online!
