He can barely lift himself and the yolk hasn’t absorbed all the way. The egg got ripped off. He drank some sugar water and some yolk but I don’t know what else to do. How do I save him.!?

Keep water (and/or sugar water) available, keep him in a place that's warm and safe and where other chicks won't pick at him. The incubator can work, or a brooder. (If the brooder has a bunch of other chicks, this one might be safer hanging out in the incubator a bit longer.) Do not try to make him walk around, but if he does walk around, do not try to make him stay still either.

He might improve over a few days' time, and go on to do fine. If he does not do well, there is not much you can do to help--he has to absorb what's left of the yolk sack and have his navel heal up and after that he can learn to walk around and eat and drink. Those are things he needs to do for himself, so the only thing you can do is make sure he's warm and safe and has access to the water and food.
