Silkie chick 4wk wobbly sleepy unstable

Today one of the 3 chicks mother hen Puff is caring for is wobbly and unstable on its feet, frequently sitting and resting. Rocks back and forth frequently. It seemed to like me holding it and fell asleep, didn't even cherp to mumma hen as they would normally.
Poop is normal not red/ bloody.
What do I do?

Thanks for your reply. I use poultry vitamins in water most days (was yesterday) but didn't today so I'll change water and add vitamins now.

I don't think it's lacking now that you mentioned you have been adding vitamins.

If I take the chick away for a few hours and put it under a heatlamp inside do you think if I put it back the hen will reject it? So best to keep it with mother hen?

Could it be neurological? Maybe pecked in the head? Or something else?

Possible.

I'd wait a day, & see if it happens again?

Down hill fast mother Puff left him and went with other chicks foraging so I took chick inside now, gave some vitamin water, heatpack, heatlamp, he's just sitting there not moving
