Silkie Chick - Can you tell me what color it is and is it a Roo?

Here is one of my Silkies, he is 11 weeks old today. Can you tell me what color he is considered and can you verify for me that he is a cockerel? Thanks!

Looks like white in the picture. Are there any other features? Not sure if its a roo or not.

He is a splash, and pretty sure its a boy, you can see his comb a bit, which looks too large to be a girl but kinda hard to tell from the pic.
